These terms apply to flowers ordered by internet through Jack Haddon's website. Internet offers relate to internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise promotions and offers in store, do not automatically apply to internet prices. Order Acknowledgement and Acceptance For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details, post code and where possible, telephone number. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details. All orders are placed on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order. Payment Payment is currently only available via PayPal - see website for their full terms and conditions. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled. You will be charged the current price for buying goods via our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen or the VAT rate changes, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order. Products We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. Specific flowers and plants may also vary in some cases due to design interpretation and local availability. The items shown on any page will be supplied by a tried and tested member of our relay service and so the images therefore are only representitive of the overall style, colour and value. Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Bouquet contents may be: harmful if eaten; a skin irritant - please contact us on 0800 783 2163 if you require further information before submitting an order. Prices Prices include VAT charged at 17.5% A standard delivery charge of £4.99 will be added to your order for deliveries anywhere on mainland UK. When ordering flowers and a gift (bears, chocolates and balloons) together, only one £4.99 delivery charge will apply. Delivery The delivery charge is payable per delivery address, per transaction. We aim to deliver flowers where possible, on the day you request. Our delivery service is NOT usually available on Sundays or UK Public holidays. If orders are placed for delivery on any of these dates and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver the flowers the day before or the day after the date delivery was requested. A standard delivery charge of £4.99 will be added to your order for all floral deliveries to all addresses on mainland UK. Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to delivery of any increased delivery charges. Same day delivery is normally available (Monday to Saturday) for orders received no later than 2.00pm GMT to recipients in mainland UK. The Sympathy range of flowers can usually be delivered Monday to Saturday where orders are received the previous day, no later than 4pm GMT. We do not guarantee any delivery times unless the order is for a funeral, in which case these orders will be delivered in good time, normally 1-2 hours before. We will always try to adhere to your requested am or pm preference wherever possible but this is only a preference and is not a guarantee. We deliver all orders between 8am and 8pm. We do endeavour to deliver before 5pm, especially in the case of birthdays, anniversaries and for deliveries to business addresses. However, we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver due to non-availability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. If such a problem arises we will issue you with a refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver your order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on your specified delivery date, we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to do this due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are not completely satisfied with your bouquet please call us, within 48 hours of delivery on 01604 631368/633024 quoting your order reference number. General The reproduction of colours of our products is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. Cancellation Cancellation can only be accepted if received 24 hours before the requested delivery date or, if earlier, before any last given order date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day. For practical reasons, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Due to their nature, these offers are subject to availability.
